Each year, the Washington CPA Foundation, through the Washington Society of CPAs, along with many of its 15 chapters, offer tuition scholarships to accounting students, ranging from $500 to $3,000 each. Most chapter scholarships ask that you either live in or are attending school in their geographic area, while the state scholarships ask that you've had at least two terms of accounting courses at the college level at the time of application.
Students fulfilling their education requirements for the CPA Exam by either taking a Fifth-Year of courses or by pursuing a graduate degree in accounting are especially encouraged to apply for WSCPA Scholarships.
